These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of any documents, services, or products (“Works”) provided by SGD Consulting FZE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, “Contract” means your order for the Works and our written acceptance of that order, “Content” means all materials, text, graphics, software, tools, and information available on or through the website, “Consultant” means the individual engaged by us to perform or assist in the provision of the Works, “Website” means the website operated by SGD Consulting FZE including all supporting systems, “Works” means the documents, services, or products commissioned by you and provided under the Contract, and “you” or “your” means any visitor to the website or purchaser of the Works.

These Terms apply to all visitors to the website and to all customers purchasing or intending to purchase the Works. Any order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the Works in accordance with these Terms. A Contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or, if earlier, when we commence delivery of the Works. Any quotations provided, including those generated via online calculators, are indicative only and not binding. The final price payable will be confirmed in our written email quotation and shall be inclusive of applicable taxes. Quotations remain valid for twelve hours unless otherwise stated and may be withdrawn prior to acceptance. We may amend these Terms at any time, and the version published on the website at the time of your order shall apply.

All Works are commissioned at your request and prepared in accordance with the information and requirements supplied by you. Delivery timelines are estimates only, and while reasonable efforts are made to meet agreed deadlines, time shall not be of the essence. The opinions, analysis, or content contained in the Works represent the views of the Consultant only and do not constitute professional, legal, academic, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Works for any particular purpose. Risk in the Works passes to you upon delivery.

Payment must be made in full before commencement or delivery of the Works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept online payments through approved payment gateways using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards in AED, GBP, USD, or any other agreed currency. All banking charges, intermediary fees, and currency conversion costs shall be borne by you. Exchange rate information is indicative only and may vary. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and we do not store card details. Multiple deliveries may result in multiple charges appearing on your statement. All Works are non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order has been accepted, except where we fail to deliver the Works within the agreed timeframe, in which case any refund shall be subject to mutual written agreement and processed via the original payment method. SGD Consulting FZE does not provide services or products to individuals or entities located in countries subject to OFAC or UAE sanctions.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for completion of the Works. Any additional requirements submitted after order confirmation are not included unless agreed in writing and may incur additional charges. Delays or omissions on your part may affect delivery timelines, for which we shall not be liable. You warrant that any materials or information supplied by you do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to provide such materials.

Delivery is made electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing. You acknowledge that electronic transmission involves inherent risks and accept responsibility once delivery has occurred. We may deliver the Works in instalments where appropriate. We shall not be liable for delays caused by your actions or omissions.

If the Works do not meet the original requirements specified in your confirmed order, you must notify us in writing within seven days of delivery, clearly identifying the deficiencies with reference to your original instructions. Amendment requests are limited to one revision and must fall within the original scope of work. Requests submitted outside the permitted timeframe or beyond the original requirements may be declined or quoted separately. Complaints must be submitted by email to info@sgdconsult.com, and we aim to respond within twenty-eight working days.

All intellectual property rights in the website, Content, software, tools, and Works remain the exclusive property of SGD Consulting FZE or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Works solely for personal, non-commercial, research or reference purposes. You may not submit the Works, in whole or in part, as your own for academic or professional assessment. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or otherwise exploit the Works or any Content without our prior written consent. Any breach of this provision shall result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Works.

The website, Content, and Works are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not guarantee academic results, grades, or institutional acceptance. Use of the Works is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Works. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, economic, or loss of profit, business, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with system security. Any such actions may result in legal proceedings. Access to the website is provided on a temporary basis and may be withdrawn or suspended without notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SGD Consulting FZE against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website or Works, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms, the Contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
